# Overview
We have been using AdMob mediation bidding to display Liftoff banner ads.
However, upon checking the AdMob report, we noticed that since January 29, 2025, at 5:00 AM (UTC), there have been zero bids from Liftoff.

There have been no updates to our app or changes to our AdMob settings, and this issue occurred suddenly.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?
※ We have been using Liftoff mediation since November 2024.

# Issue Investigation
We tested Liftoff ads using Ad Inspector, but encountered the following error:

Error Details:
Requested from ad inspector
Cannot view due to an error.
No Fill
Request Error: No ad to show.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

# Troubleshooting Steps Taken
We checked the Liftoff mediation settings in the AdMob dashboard, but there were no changes.
Other mediation networks (e.g., IronSource, Vungle) are still serving ads, but only Liftoff is not bidding.
We tested on multiple devices and network environments, but the issue persisted.

HI,

Thank you for contacting us.

I observed that there is an issue found in policy center for the reported application. So you need to fix some issues to restore regular ad serving. Start with "Must fix" issues and ensure your app meets AdMob Program Policies. Other issues are optional to fix, but recommended since they affect ad serving. The status of adserving for the reported app is Restricted ad personalization.

AdMob publishers and developers must use a certified consent management platform (CMP) registered with IAB's Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) to serve personalized ads to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland.

Some ad requests on your inventory from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland are missing a TC string. Be sure to troubleshoot and fix any issues to avoid a significant impact on ad serving and revenue.

  1. Make sure you've implemented a certified CMP on all apps that target users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland.
  2. If you have a CMP solution, but there's an issue with the configuration or certification, you can troubleshoot your TCF implementation.
  3. If you use Google's CMP, you can troubleshoot your message deployment to make sure it's set up correctly.

Thank you for reaching out.

The issue with Liftoff ad serving was caused by a problem on their end. It has now been resolved, and the ads are displaying again.

Regarding the Policy Center issue, we have addressed it in the latest version. However, we understand that it may persist unless users provide their consent. Could you confirm if our understanding is correct?

We appreciate your support.

Best regards,

Hi,

Thank you for confirming that the issue has been resolved. I see no issues in the policy center as well now.
