Use of Google services for China by uploading to Samsung Galaxy Store

Hi, when I am about to upload an app to the Samsung Galaxy Store I get this warning:

"Since the sale of applications containing services provided by Google such as Google map, Gmail and Google Talk are prohibited in China, China will be automatically excluded from target countries/regions when [Yes] is selected"

I use AdMob ads What should I answer? Yes or no?

While we understand that there are some restrictions on places around the world, we are not able to comment on this as we are not certain. And do not want to lead you the wrong way. If you integrate the Google Mobile Ads SDK into your app and links your app in AdMob to display ads from Google, then you are using services provided by Google.
