On the following page, it notes the latest version of ads-lite is 24.3.0, but the latest version of com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads-lite in Google's Maven is 24.0.0

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

Please note that starting with version 24.1.0, the play-services-ads-lite artifact stops releasing at the same cadence as play-services-ads. This change allows for a more gradual and stable rollout of the SDK implementation. The Lite SDK releases approximately every third SDK release.

The Google Mobile Ads Lite SDK shows version 24.3.0, but the latest version available on Google’s Maven for com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads-lite is still 24.0.0 is expected.
