Hello,

I'm contacting you because Admob can't fill requests from Meta (in Bidding).

Here's what I've done:
1- Created Ad Units in Admob Mediation
2-- Created BIDDING placements on META
3- Added these META ID placements in Admob Mediation
4- Added Admob Ad Inspector to my game
5- In ad inspector, :
=> If I force ads admob only: it works, it fills
=> If I force ads meta only : it doesn't work, it doesn't fill

Conclusion:
- The technical integration seems to work
=> The ad inspector indicates that the adapter Meta audience network is OK

I already have a doc ready with  :
  • app ID
  • ad unit ID
  • SDK version used

Many thanks for your help!

    Hi,

Upon checking your app ID and ad unit IDs in our Google sample project, we were able to replicate the "no fill" error for rewarded ads. The “no fill” error means an ad serving issue which indicates there are no ads available at request time. The next step for you would be to reach out to the Product Support Team for further assistance regarding the ad serving concern.

    Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us.

When testing, ensure that you have the Facebook app installed on the test device and be logged in with a valid Facebook login. See Meta's documentation for more details. Without this, it is expected that Facebook might not bid (though they still might get bid requests).

    Hi,

thanks for your feedback, I've contacted the product support team.
I have Facebook installed on my phone and I'm logged in, so there shouldn't be any problem.

What's more, I've tested with various people who've also had this “no fill” problem.
