Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As we have mentioned previous when discussing this issue. We are unable to do anything regarding the campaign. We do not have any scope to be able to look into this and see what the campaign is still showing as ready but unable to work. This is why we suggest reaching out to the
Product Support Team , as they can look more into this. Also we would suggest looking into how the campaign is set up and making sure it was done correctly, as maybe something in there is causing the issue also.
