For further clarification, can you share with us illustrations or screenshots of this behavior you are suggesting? We could suggest a similar function. You will have to first hide the AdView and then set it to visible to make it appear again. This is somewhat similar to a collapse and expand function.

Thank you for the information.
You can display these types of banner ads by using your own code implementation. You can add a container for the AdView and fill the banner in that container. Then add a collapse button like in your illustration. You can then change the size of the banner programmatically for Android and iOS.
