Ads not appearing on the App (Million)

I have tried reaching out multiple times trying through contact us support team, however, it shows an error and tried with many other sources to find the support email. 

We need an urgent assistance with troubleshooting of mobile app on iOS and Android.

We have reached a campaign through AdMob however, the ads are not appearing on the app and need urgent support as we need to start the campaign as soon as possible.

Could you kindly provide the error message you are encountering when loading the Ads?

Could you kindly provide the below information via reply to author option for further investigation:

• app ID
• ad unit ID
• Mobile Ads SDK Version
• Charles logs
