Unable to change currency and country for payment (monitzation)

Hello,

For a while now I had my Google account tied to Canada and therefore my admob revenue was in Canadian dollars. Now I moved to USA, I need to change countries but unable to (for tax and other reasons). My app revenue in the Google play store is sent to my American bank account in USD but I cannot change this for my admob account. I tried to follow this guide, https://support.google.com/admob/v2/answer/2772308?hl=en, but it will not allow me to change the country (no option for it), just the address inside Canada. Please help.

if countries use different currencies you cannot change between them.

need to create brand new admob account and close the old one. A lot of work, but for now the only way....
