Hi,
I’ve integrated AdMob and UMP into my Unity project to comply with GDPR. In the consent message, I’ve also included all my mediation partners as configured.
However, when testing with the Ad Inspector, I encounter a "Missing Partner" error under the CMP section of the Privacy tab.
Here’s the strange part:
When consent is given, ads from AdMob and other mediation partners are served, but the mediation partners show up as “Missing” in the CMP section.
When consent is not given, only AdMob ads appear, but the mediation partners are listed correctly without any "Missing" error.
This issue happens on both Android and iOS.
I’ve confirmed that the mediation partner IDs are included in the AC string, so I’m not sure what’s causing this behavior.
Are there any additional steps I can take to resolve or further investigate this issue?

The error message “Missing Ad Partner” is an ad partner configured in mediation, but not in the TC/AC string. If you've configured an ad partner in mediation, but not in the CMP, the ad inspector warns you of missing ad partners through the Ad partners page. The Ad partners page displays a list of missing ad partners not configured in your CMP and not present in the TC/AC string. When testing, you must consent to all ad partners. For more details, see Adding ad partners to published European regulations messages.
To learn more about the AC string, see Google's Additional Consent technical specification. For consent details in the TC string, such as the CMP ID and the IAB consented vendor list, click Decode. IAB GPP Encoder / Decoder opens. If you see errors, follow Understand privacy issues. If this does not help, can you please confirm if the reported issue is replicating in our Google Unity samples? If so, kindly share with us the below information privately so that we can check to find the root cause of the issue and may provide the solution:

The Missing Ad Partner warning in Ad Inspector typically indicates that one or more ad partners configured in mediation are not included in the TC or AC string provided by your CMP.
When you've added a mediation partner but haven’t included them in the consent configuration, the Ad Inspector flags them under the Ad Partners tab as missing. To avoid this, ensure that all mediation partners are correctly listed in your CMP and included in the TC/AC string. When testing, you should consent to all partners.

I believe the information I’ve provided so far may have been insufficient, so I’d like to add more details to clearly convey the issue.
My project uses AdMob and UMP, with mediation networks including AppLovin, Meta, UnityAds, IronSource, and LineAds. Adapter initialization is completed successfully. However, when testing under GDPR conditions using a VPN, the following issue occurs:
After submitting consent, the Ad Inspector’s Privacy > CMP tab shows AppLovin, UnityAds, and IronSource as missing. Furthermore, Meta and LineAds do not appear in the list at all. Additionally, when testing each ad network individually, UnityAds and IronSource do not return any ads, which I suspect is due to them being marked as “missing.”
Here’s what I’ve tried so far to resolve the issue:
Checked the GDPR message’s Ad Partner configuration
I selected the default list of ad partners, which includes AppLovin, Meta, UnityAds, and IronSource.
Verified the AC string
The shared IABTCF_AddtlConsent string is as follows:I’ve also tried removing the above code, but the issue remains unchanged.
