Google Ads not displaying through Unity LevelPlay Mediation

Hi,

As the title states, Google Ads are not displaying with Unity LevelPlay mediation for any of my apps.

Google ads work fine if its native, using the Google Play Ads plugin in Unity. However, I've implemented Unity LevelPlay in my apps and I can't get it to display Google ads.

I've been in touch with the LevelPlay support team and they confirmed that on mine and their end, everything is configured correctly. 

They said that a high volume of bid requests have been made from LevelPlay/IronSource SDK to Google, but no response is received.

I've tested a LevelPlay Test app with Google test ads, and the test ads do display. When I change the ad IDs to my ones, it doesn't display ads. I know my ad IDs are working as the current apps on Google Play are not using LevelPlay and they display Google Ads fine.

They advised that the issues is most likely from Google side, so can you investigate this?

For us to investigate we need the ad unit Id which is linked. Kindly share below details via "Reply to author" option:

• app ID
• ad unit ID
• Mobile Ads SDK version
• Editor version

I see that you are making use of LevelPlay (Unity Ads Mediation Package): 8.5.1 which is unfortunately not in the network list of AdMob.  Having said that, please note that our team can only assist with technical queries or concerns related to the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Hi,

I have checked your AdMob account and I can see that Ironsource is not added in your Mediation group. In order to receive Ads in your apps from Unity LevelPlay mediation AKA IronSource Ads Mediation you need to integrate ironSource Ads with mediation.  This guide shows you how to use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to load and display ads from ironSource Ads using mediation, covering waterfall integrations. Once successfully integrated you can test your implementation by enabling test Ads.

We only assist issue related to https://developers.google.com/admob/android/mediation but not https://developers.is.com/ironsource-mobile/unity/admob-mediation-guide/. As stated earlier I would recommend you reach out to the Product Support Team for further assistance.

Right so do you just respond to messages where you can direct someone elsewhere and ignore the ones that ask you to provide some input in helping?

This is the third time I've asked this and got no response.

You've told me to get in contact with AdMob and as I previously stated, I cannot get in touch with Admob as there was no option to email them via the link you sent.

I was only given the option to post in the community, which is pointless.

Can you at least get me in touch with Admob? Can you provide an email address or at least forward my issues to them?
