LAYOUT ENCOURAGES ACCIDENTAL CLICKS - INTERSTITIAL ADS

Hi there, 

I got a second warning on my app about accidental clicks on Interstitial ads. The email says that layout encourage accidental clicks. When first time I got the warning, I implemented the ads in a new way. I show user a progress dialog when ad is loading, so that before user see the ad he knows that an ad will be displayed. It usually takes sometime eg 2 to 3 seconds to load the ad and display it to the user. The dialog is not cancelable. I have disabled the adunit so that ad cannot be displayed until my app complies with admob policies. I have no other idea that how to avoid these accidental clicks. 

Ads have been placed in a natural flow and they don't popup surprisingly. I have also attached a screen-recording that explains the process of showing ads on my app. If there is a better approach of implementing the ads then please let me know. Also I apologise for not using test ads because screen recorder does not work on my phone and I had to borrow a device from my friend.

I believe that this issue is caused by the older versions of app which are uploaded on third party stores eg uptodown other other similar sites. I have resolved that issue by simply removing the ad unit. But I still need suggestion from an expert to select my next move.
