Remove Ad Serving limits.

I got an email about ads restriction maybe because of invalid traffic. I only got $3.48 last month and $0.00 this month, haven't reach my $100.00 goal. What is considered invalid traffic if the creator hasn't even made their $100.00 goal, is google ad mob a scam or is it real? I need to know the alogrithm of how this is determined. Could someone please remove that limit?

On occasion, Google may impose a temporary restriction on the number of advertisements that your AdMob account is permitted to display. This action is taken as a precautionary measure to evaluate the quality of your traffic. For more information, please refer to Ad serving limits. 

For further investigation, please share your app ID via reply to the author option to verify your account.
