Always getting "An error occurred. Please try again later." when creating an AdMob account

Hi,
I'm trying to create my AdMob account but every time I get the error "An error occurred. Please try again later.".
I tried with three different browser from two different computers and I've been trying since two weeks, can anybody can help me solve it and create my account?
I emailed the custom support four times without an answer.

We only handle technical Mobile Ads SDK related queries on this forum and any account related concerns are out of scope for my team. I'd suggest that you contact the AdMob Product Support Team as they are better equipped to address your concern. You can also submit a request using this form and they will get back to you soon.
