Kindly ensure that you have adhered to the implementation guidelines for the applicable platform.

As was stated, you require assistance in resolving any problems that may be impeding the appearance of the advertisements. Please use the following help center article to understand Common reasons for ads not showing and use the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter to debug the issue.

Could you kindly provide the following information for our review and analysis. This will allow us to better understand your implementation and provide the necessary assistance.

  • app ID
  • ad unit ID
  • Sample project reproducing the issue  
  • Mobile Ads SDK Version being used

If the file(s) you are looking to share are less than 25mb in total you can attach them to this case on your next reply. If you are having trouble attaching your file to this case or if your file(s) are larger than 25mb, kindly provide requested information to us via reply to author option or using the steps below:

Hi Youssef,

Thank you for providing the requested information.

Upon checking your AdMob account, I found the below issues which must be fixed. 

The True caller approval status is in “Requires review” state, which means your app hasn’t been reviewed yet. To have it reviewed, you must link your app to a supported app store. You can link a supported store to your app in the All Apps or App settings pages and submit it for review. For more information, you can visit  Requires review

The app-ads.txt file has not yet been configured. Although the app-ads.txt file is not absolutely necessary for ads to be displayed, it's still recommended to Set up an app-ads.txt file for your app

I assume that you have followed the AdMob Policies and restrictions as well as Implementation Guidelines to avoid any issues.

One of our iOS App Store app is facing performance issue since last few days so please do the needful since it was one of our revenue making app and as serving dropped suddenly. I have checked this app has crawled completely in ads.txt management with all the authorisation. I have attached screenshot for the reference.App ID : 6452236522

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have tried running Google sample Project with your app ID and ad unit ID and unable to load the ads successfully. Upon checking your account, I found that Ad serving on your product is currently limited because of invalid traffic concerns which is out of scope to our team. We would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you regarding metrics and earnings.

As previously mentioned, kindly attempt to utilize the provided hyperlink to contact the Product Support Team and also follow the help center article to Support options AdMob offers. The Product Support Team is better equipped to handle your concern effectively. At this time the forum is the best escalation path to address your concern. It is monitored internally and externally to help you to resolve your issue.
