I meant something else. I want to change the text of my button in the
settings menu of my game. This button launches either the US state form or
the GDPR form depending on where the user of the game comes from. For this
reason, I want to dynamically change the button text to "Do not sell or
share my personal information" OR to "GDPR".
Right now I show this button only when this condition is triggered.

non-personalized advertising is used?

Please find answers to your queries,

-You can detect users location and according set button text dynamically, but we would suggest to keep it as Privacy Setting same as our Google Sample Project

-As of now you cannot check that, you can check available options here.
