One possible root cause for this warning is Google-owned library Android WebView. No action need be taken at this time.

Hi,
I am working on Unity 2019.4 LTS version. I build empty scene and tested on Firebase Testlab. It was giving me 1 warning but when i imported admob plugin and Show ad. Firebase test lab's report giving me 10,15 warning about webView.
Can anyone please guide me the possible solution of these warnings.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The AdMob SDK does use the libraries listed out in order to properly function. With that said, there shouldn't be any cause of concern (nor should there be any action taken) for their usage, as these are all technologies owned by Google, which are expected to be kept updated over time, along with Android itself.

Thank you so much for the quick response. Should we ignore these warnings from google play pre launch reports? Won't it effect on Game behavior on play store rankings etc?

Hi The Caring Souls,

I work along with Ziv and will be helping you today with this question.

Having looked over a few things, I found this article that helps to better explain this for you. While also helping to offer some advice as to whether you should be concerned. I would look over this and compare the 12 cases that you see and find out where they fall as far as Blacklisted, Greylist or Whitelist. They also help to offer some information of things you can do to change to be more compliant if you would like.

William Pescherine
