Project grows - Ads no longer displaying on certain devices

I have a problem with a growing project and AdMob no longer appearing on my phone.

I changed the music in my game and the size of the .apk has grown from 10.2Mb to 13.3Mb. Though it's not a huge increase, my phone (LG L5-II) is still running the game as it should, but no longer displaying the AdMob ad anymore. I have asked my brother to test the game on his phone (Samsung, dunno the model), and on his phone the AdMob ad appears normally.

I have tried to call the AdMobPlugin.ShowBannerView(); as well, but still on my phone it's no longer showing the AdMob ads.

Any solution (other than not making the project grow)?

Just heard from my brother that he has a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini.

Hello,

I don't think the AdMob plugin has anything to do with the apk size growing due to a music change. As for ads not showing, do you have some logcat output of the error you're seeing? If you have adb on the command line, what does the output of

adb logcat Ads:* Unity:* AdMobPlugin:* *:S

look like?

I'm pretty sure the .APK size has something to do with AdMob not showing. After lowering the bitrate of the audiofiles and getting my .APK size back to what it was (~10.3Mb), the AdMob ads were displayed again on my mobile phone.

As for the debugging you're proposing, my phone is not supported by Unity, so I can't use it to see what's going wrong. But with a mere 480Mb of RAM memory on the phone, I can imagine that certain features will no longer work properly when OOM starts to happen ;)
