Admob rewarded video ads are not showing?

I have integrated admob rewarded video ads in my android game but I am not receiving any ads. The ads always fail to load with error code 3. The game is developed in Android Studio. As I am currently in development phase, therefore I am using admob test ad unit id for rewarded videos. On the other hand interstitial ads are just working fine. Can someone help me solve my issue? Could you please share your Ad unit Id with us to debug the issue on our end? Also, can you confirm us whether you were able to load ads with your Ad unit Id using our sample apps? That said, I was able to load rewarded video test ad with our sample apps without any issues.

You can use "Reply Privately to Author" option to send us the requested information.

As mentioned in my previous response, I was able to load our test Rewarded video ads without any issues on my device. If you are able to reproduce the issue with our Sample apps, could you please send the complete device logs and Charles logs for us to debug further? Can you try to load ads with a different package name and see if you are able to load ad? We would also suggest that you give a try on a different device and on a different network and let us know if you still continue to have issues.

The rewarded video ads are not loading, when using test ads they load perfectly but when using actual ads they never load. I also tried it with the sample aps but still they don't load. Why is that ?

Thanks for sending your Ad unit Id. I was able to load live ads with your Ad unit id using our sample apps without any issues. Can you try on a new device and see if you are able to load ads? If you are still not able to receive ads, please send the complete device logs and we will take a look into it.

Hi,

I'm having the same problem, when i test the reward video with a test device it load normal, but when i put the real ad unit id, it always fails with error code 1.

I even tried with the sample app, but no luck.

The invalid request error usually encountered when you use an invalid Ad Unit ID wherein it should have a "/" in its format. You may refer to this guide in finding your Ad Unit ID. 

Also, you may provide us your Ad Unit ID via Reply privately to author option for us to check it on our end as well.
