AdMob HTML5 ad | Could not upload file: Sample.zip

Hi

AdMob HTML5 ad show this error when i try to upload Sample.zip file created with Google Web Design 

"Could not upload file: Sample.zip. Unsupported file type. Please upload only the following file types, and then try again: ZIP."


i have checked the sample.ZIP with HTML5 Validator here and come back with no error 

but i still cant upload it to AdMob HTML5 ad.

Hi Ahmad,

Being that this is more of an issue in the AdMob dashboard rather than the Mobile Ads SDK, it would be best that you contact the AdMob Product Support team as they are more equipped to answer you. 

You may also refer to this AdMob Help article for relevant information about HTML5 ads.

Have a same problem!

Even HTML5 sample ZIP from AdMob help page (not my zip)
https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6185487?ctx=ui&hl=en
show this error "Unsupported file type. Please upload only the following file types, and then try again: ZIP."

Send this issue to AdMob support one week ago [7-6493000017216] and see only this 
"This is to inform you that your query has been routed to a wrong department, we request you to click on the link below and choose correct path."
and no one link inemail message

As mentioned earlier, any issues encountered in the AdMob dashboard should be addressed to the AdMob Product Support team as we only provide support for technical questions about the Mobile Ads SDK.

As long as you provide to the Product Support team the complete and specific details of your concern, rest assured that they will answer you accordingly.

Moving forward, please refrain from reopening old threads.
