One of the ad unit (Banner) won't load after the app update

As stated, after the app update ad unit for Banner won't load/show up and all others are working correctly. The app update doesn't regard AdMob implementation or anything regarding AdMob but for some reason it won't show Banner on any device that tested. It was working on the last update made 3days ago.
- Android platform
- Unity 2018.3.4f1

Hi there,

I work along with Ziv. Thank you for providing the requested details privately.

With regard to your concern, you may need to implement onAdFailedToLoad() which returns an error code when the SDK fails to load an ad upon ad request. 

I've tested your Ad Unit ID on our sample app, and I'm consistently getting a no fill error on my end. This error signifies an ad serving issue which means that there is no ads available as of the moment. Please do note that this behavior isn't controlled by the Mobile Ads SDK. With this, I would recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as the product specialists there can better assist you in this.

Ok, so basically there is a problem at their end then?
The problem is we went to that link already and didnt got any answer yet sowe came here few hours ago and already got some answers from you guys (bless you btw!).
Is there any way to contact them directly, not thru this AdMob Help Community thing?

Thank you for responding back.

As stated this appears to be a server side issue with you just not receiving ads. We are unable to help you on this forum as we help with dealing with the technical side of this. And from the way it looks you have the SDK and everything setup properly.

The best people that can help you on the server issue would be the Product Support Team .

Hello,

As the 4 days passed no one is answering via Product Support Team, is there any other way to contact them besides this?
We understand that you are a different part of AdMob and you are doing a great job with much efficiency, but maybe you could help us by giving different ways of contacting them.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles in contacting our Product Support Team. I understand that there is an urgency in your concern. However, they are the appropriate team who can help on you around as this is more of an ad serving issue.
 
I'm afraid we're left with not much of an option here. I hope you get a response from them soon.
