Hi there!

I'm using an iPhone 6 and Google-Mobile-Ads-SDK 7.44.0.

In the Swift banner example app at https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-ios-examples/tree/master/Swift/admanager/AdManagerBannerExample I added the following line to ViewController.swift:

bannerView.validAdSizes = [NSValueFromGADAdSize(kGADAdSizeFluid)]

I was surprised to see that the request to pubads.g.doubleclick.net had sz=320x50 instead of sz=Fluid. Is this behavior normal? Is Fluid a valid value for sz? If so, what would I do in my application code to generate a request with sz=Fluid?

Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out to us. You don't need to look into the request body made by the SDK when making an AdRequest. The fluid ad would be in the response and is dependent on the frame/constraint of the AdView at the time of the request. I would recommend that you try out our sample apps and see if you are facing any specific issues.
