Hello Mahesa,

Just to clarify, which forms in the article are you referring to that are no longer active or can not be used again? As mentioned in the article, the only way to permanently cancel your AdMob account is to cancel your AdWords and AdSense accounts linked with your AdMob account. Your AdMob account will be shut down automatically afterwards. 

If you have any other account-related problems, please contact the AdMob Product Support team as they can better assist you with these concerns.

for the first image tells how close the AdMob account, and for the second image in the switch to aid admob. no cancellation admob submission form.
is there any other way again for the cancellation of AdMob account. thank you

Hello Mahesa,

That form you are referring to is not a cancel request form to directly cancel your AdMob account, but instead, it's a cancel request form for your AdSense account. 

As mentioned in the Help Center article, you only use that form if you can't access the cancel AdSense account link from your AdSense Account Information page. Also, when accessing that cancel request form, make sure that you are logged in with your AdMob/GMail account. However, If you are still having problems accessing that form after logging in, then try viewing the form via incognito mode or try clearing your browser's cache. If none of these options worked, then this could be because your AdMob account falls under this category (earning less than $25 a week).

In addition, if you only need to temporarily suspend usage of your AdMob account but do not necessarily want to cancel your AdSense and AdWords account, then you can simply archive all your active Ad Units from your AdMob dashboard.

Hi Ivan,

Please help me,

"We see that you also have another AdSense account. We only allow one account per person. To use this account, please close the other one."

I figured that's fair, so I looked up how to do it & got a proper, detailed writing on how to do so as you can see here

So I went to my other accounts to do that process and it doesn't even allow me to click the Settings option as you can see here

If i'm not even able to click "Settings", how am I able to even delete the AdSense signup on the other 2 accounts.. any help?
