Dear AdMob Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding my AdMob account and the ongoing “Disabled ad serving” status that has been active for approximately six months. Despite my consistent efforts to comply with all AdMob and Google Play policies, I have been unable to restore ad serving in my applications.

I fully respect and value AdMob’s policies and understand the importance of maintaining a safe and compliant advertising ecosystem. Since the restriction, I have carefully reviewed every section of the AdMob and Google Play policy center and updated my app daily to ensure full compliance. Unfortunately, I have not received any specific feedback pointing to a particular policy violation, which makes it difficult to understand what still needs improvement.

To address any potential concerns, I have taken several concrete actions:

  1. UI/UX Improvements: Completely redesigned the interface to provide a more professional, safe, and user-friendly experience.

  2. Content Review: Removed or replaced any potentially misleading, sensitive, or non-compliant material.

  3. App Updates: Published continuous updates on Google Play, focusing on policy compliance and user safety.

  4. Policy Audits: Re-read and applied AdMob policies in full detail to every feature of the app.

My apps are educational in nature, developed under Sensei Team Software, and currently have an active and positive user base. I have no intention other than providing valuable learning experiences while keeping the platform compliant and respectful of AdMob guidelines.

I kindly request a detailed review of my account and a chance to restore ad serving privileges. I would also deeply appreciate any clarification or guidance on which specific areas might still be considered non-compliant so that I can address them effectively.

Additionally, your app is currently in the “Getting Ready” status. This means it is under review the process typically takes a few days, but in some cases, it may take longer for us to complete the evaluation.

After reviewing your AdMob account, we noticed that you submitted an app review request on November 1 and your app is currently in the “Getting Ready” status, which means it is under review. This process usually takes a few days to complete the evaluation.If you encounter the same issue again, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I have reviewed the AdMob and Google Play policies many times, but I still cannot identify the exact reason why my ad serving was disabled. All support messages and forum advisors consistently say “please check the policies,” and I understand the importance of complying with all guidelines. However, despite carefully re-reading every section—including invalid traffic, ad placement policies, app behavior policies, and technical requirements—I still cannot determine what specific issue triggered this action.

Could you please provide clear information about which exact behavior, policy section, or situation caused the “Ad Serving Disabled – The app is not compliant with program policies” action on my account? Without understanding the specific violation, I cannot correct or prevent it from happening again.

I am fully committed to following all AdMob and Google policies, and I want to resolve this issue properly. Please help me by identifying the exact reason so I can take the necessary corrective steps.
