Warning about missing Google Analytics for Firebase in Unity3D Android

Here is the warning I got from Android logcat:

W/Ads: Disabling data collection. Found google_app_id in strings.xml but Google Analytics for Firebase is missing. Remove this value or add Google Analytics for Firebase to resume data collection.

I've added Firebase Analytics from Firebase Unity 8.9.0 https://firebase.google.com/download/unity and Google Mobile Ads SDK v7.0.0 https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-unity/releases/tag/v7.0.0. What am I missing?
