Admob and adsense issue with playstore

Month ago I made an account for admob it prompts me to create adsense account. I made it too but after a day they emailed me that. First one is unknown to me but when I tried second one then image 2 is shown which is attached below. This is a deadlock. Anyone here to help me out? I tried to make new admob account and adsense but everytime I got myself stuck in this deadlock.

This is an email I received after make every new account but "zesss...@gmail.com" is changed every time with some new account which I don't know.

AdMob policies only allow one account per person. To get started with AdMob, you can either:

1. Upgrade your existing AdSense account, associated with zess...@gmail.com, to include AdMob. If you can’t access this account, follow the steps in the sign-in troubleshooter

or

2. Close your duplicate AdSense account(s) by following the steps in the help center article “How to cancel your AdSense account”, and then try signing in to AdMob again I
