Regarding bulk ad request from my Radio App.

Hi,

I have radio app. I implemented all the admob ad formats in the app like banner, open ad, native and interstitial. But I face an issue in the ads that only app open and banner ads send bulk requests and only for USA location. 

The thing is I only send ad request once in single app session. I try many ways to solve the issue like I try to stop ads for USA location. I used firebase remote config feature to stop ads. But there is no change in the ad requests. I also make other same app with same code and live it on play store. And in that app everything is working fine. The ad requests are same as that of users. I am not understanding wether its a fault from google admob or it is from my side. Please guide me or help me. I know it is a weird case. If you need any type of clarification please let me know.
