Error Code 3, Received error HTTP responde code: 403

Hello, can someone help me?

When using the test banner id, my implementation was working correctly.

But, when I switch to the real ad ID, I receive the following error:

 

'LoadAdError(code: 3, domain: com.google.android.gms.ads, message: Received error HTTP response code: 403, responseInfo: ResponseInfo(responseId: null, mediationAdapterClassName: , adapterResponses: [], loadedAdapterResponseInfo: null), responseExtras: {}).
