Upon checking on the drive link we have provided, it appears that your file is not yet uploaded. With that, can we request again to try to upload it again so we can proceed on the investigation of the behavior you're encountering?

Can you confirm if you've tried to add any ad format with ad request in your sample app and tried to run it with the ad inspector in the real device? Upon checking into your sample app, we've seen that it only has the showing of an ad inspector and no ad request was added on it. We have also tried our sample app (https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-ios-examples), and added programmatically the ad inspector and the test device identifier, and we are able to load the ad inspector on it.
