Admob integration for Amazon playstore apps?

How do I integrate Admob code in app to publish on Amazon app store, I have already published an app on Google play store and its working fine with ads, now published the same app on Amazon playstore but no ads and no activity in Admob, please help?

Note: i am making apps through online websites like appgeyser and quickappninja which required no coding and you only get *.apk at the end. please help as i am getting 500+ installs one app but my revenue is zero :( thanks in advance.
