Dear Google Support Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I’ve encountered regarding my app on Google Play and its integration with AdMob.
My app has been live on Google Play for over a month, but it cannot be searched directly by name. However, it can be found by searching using the package name. I have successfully added the app to my AdMob account; however, when trying to complete the setup, I am facing an issue. The system shows that "No matching app found on Google Play," and I am unable to proceed with the setup.
Additionally, I’ve added the app-ads.txt file to my developer website, but during the verification process, I receive an error stating that the developer website could not be found in the app's details on Google Play.
Could you please help me resolve these issues? I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps your team can provide.
Thank you for your assistance!
Best regards,
nanasee

Dear Google Support Team
Thank you for your response and guidance. I have carefully reviewed and followed all the steps provided in the Set up an app-ads.txt file for your app documentation. However, I am still encountering the following issues:
App-ads.txt Hosting Domain:
I have hosted my app-ads.txt file at https://nikumarugame.github.io/app-ads.txt. The file is accessible via the provided URL, but I am concerned if using a GitHub domain complies with AdMob's requirements. Could you confirm whether this hosting method is acceptable, or should I use a custom domain?
App Confirmation Issue in AdMob:
When adding my app to AdMob, I can successfully locate it in the Google Play Store using the following details:
However, during the confirmation process, I receive a message indicating that my app cannot be found in the store, which prevents me from completing the setup. This discrepancy is confusing since the app is live on Google Play and searchable by package name.
I have attached screenshots from my previous email for your reference. I kindly request further clarification and assistance regarding these issues.
Looking forward to your guidance.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Nanase Katsura
