0 users in AdMob

Hi, in the AdMob Dashboard, under "Users" it says 0, while Google Play Developer Console says I have 19 active installs.

I've published my app 1 month ago (Jul. 31) and I have 308 Impressions.

Does anybody know why?

Thank you for your answer but I still don't understand, here is a screenshot (attached)

About 70 people installed my app, 30 are active users, yet none of them are "users"?

Maybe I have to add the Analytics package to my app to get these statistics?
