I will be needing though more information so as that I can better look into this.

What exactly are you seeing? Or what exactly are you expecting? I would need more details of what is going on.

What is the name of the application?
Are their steps to repeating this error.
Are you getting the no ads at all the wrong ads?
Are you getting any error codes.
A link to the app on google play.

As much information as you can would help us to better look into this for you.
