app-ads.text question

Hi,

We would like to implement app-ads.txt for some of our apps. However our website is built on a customized theme on godaddy and they don't support to upload app-ads.txt on there. So just wondering if subdomain works or it has to be the primary domain?

Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

With regard to your concern, the sub-domain will work as long as the domain is entered exactly as listed on Google Play or App Store. You may want to check ads.txt/app-ads.txt FAQs for further information regarding this.

Could you please elaborate what you meant for simple sample app with implementation, ie. file's type...?

I work with Teejay and will be assisting you on this. As per checking for the last response of my colleague he doesn't requested for a simple sample app with regard to your concern, since it is more on app-ads.txt file. Can you confirm if your response is for this thread?
