Can't find any matching Google Play apps

My app is running for 3 years,
I got a message that I need to link it.
The app is online - I have no idea why:
this is the message on the main panel of admobs:
Check your 'Apps to confirm' page Starting September 2022, we'll start limiting ad serving to apps that haven't been reviewed and approved. To begin the review process, check 'Apps to confirm' for apps that require additional setup. If there aren't any apps on your 'Apps to confirm' page, no action is needed.


this is the message when I press the link to google play:

Can't find any matching Google Play apps

Check your app details. If necessary, create a new AdMob app with the correct package name.



Set up com.arbelsolutions.bvrultimate as a new AdMob app -> allows only to press the back button.


Add com.arbelsolutions.bvrultimate to an existing AdMob app -> do not find my app on google play.


Is that an error on google admobs site? is there a problem on my side?

I have checked - Google play developer console & admobs console -  no restrictions or violations.
Policy status & app content are ok.
the app is available online.
the statistic has the same values like before.

Is there a way to contact admobs support? because all I got is a directive to this group to search for help -

If you clicked on "Apps to confirm" and you didn't see any apps there, then NO ACTION IS NEEDED FROM YOUR PART
Just ignore this  message.

But I have,
They made error with 2 apps already,
one app - they "down-letter" all the package name.
one app - they misspelled the package name.
(check attachment)

Is there no support anywhere?
ads stopped 4 days ago. complete stop. no warning time.

they have a tool to update the package name - but it is disabled - only the "back" button is enabled.

Hi Arbel,

As mentioned previously, the two apps that you've mentioned are already been setup properly in your account. You may check it in all your apps and check the correct package name.

Since you mentioned that the two apps that are in "apps to confirm" tab is not the one that you've setup then is safe to click the "not my app" option. You may reach out the Product Support Team to assist you better on this.Screen Shot 2022-09-19 at 4.22.42 PM

I will gladly press the " not my app" button.
but since those 2 apps stopped serving ads (0 ads ) completely - I am afraid the "not my app" button will effect the real apps.
looks like those 2 apps and the " 'Apps to confirm' page are connected - Am I wrong?
can I be sure it will not effect the real apps on admobs which are correctly linked but currently serve no ads?

I have reached  "Product Support Team" - a "not an google employee" person asked some questions last week about it and said he will pass it forward,
I have no official answer or a solution.
