+48hrs and still cannot verify app

I've been trying to verify the iOS app on adMob and it keeps telling me

We couldn't verify BubbleBee: Game (iOS)

Review and fix any app-ads.txt issues, then check the app-ads.txt for updates. We'll verify that the app-ads.txt is found and formatted correctly.

The url is correct, and it has two paths:

https://www.quadroproduction.com/app-ads.txt

https://www.quadroproduction.com/ads.txt

None of them is readable, it's be more than 48 hours and I don't know where is the issue coming from.
