Some Ads screen don't fit on device size.

Is there any known issure for this?

We have to touch back button to close the ad.

We use 6.1.2 version

Please help!

ok. I deleted the thread.

 

After updating the mobile phone to Android 12 on February 8, Ads screen don't fit on device size.

My Device : Galaxy A52s 5G (android 12)

SDK: com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:20.5.0

I think the problem is probably only with variable ads.(1st screenshot: problem ad, 2st screenshot: normal ad )

In addition, this 'don't fit on device size' problem also occurs in interstitial ads.,( 3th&4th screenshot: interstitial ads)

i'm sorry, The wrong image was sent, so I'm attaching an extra.

The 2nd screenshot is this.(non-flexible ad form)

The interstitial ad was initially shown as the 3rd image, and then changed to the 4th image size when the x button appears at the end.

All screenshots are images tested on the same device.

I don't know if this will help...I'm using cocos (3.17.2) right now

It was confirmed that the same problem occurred in test ads using com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:20.6.0.

In this case, compensation is paid even if the reward-type advertisement is stopped in the middle.
(The problem of reward payment also appeared in apps using 20.6.0 or lower.)
Things got worse. I think this is a very serious problem.
When I first posted this, rewards were not paid in case of interruption in the middle....

I've tried a few apps from other companies with this device, and the results are the same.(=In the same way, rewards are paid even if the advertisement is stopped in the middle.)

A quick solution is needed, please.
