Hello,
One of our apps was removed from the Google Play Store for a policy violation we were unaware of, we fixed that issue immediately in all of our apps, resubmitted all of them and they have been successfully reviewed and available on the store. We then received a notification from Admob saying "This email is to alert you that one of your applications is not
currently in compliance with our AdMob program policies and as a result,
ad serving has been disabled to your application.". This didn't seem like a big problem because their policy violation was listed as GOOGLE PLAY REMOVAL, which made sense, it was probably automated, so we followed their Actions Required, which was essentially what we already did. But our Appeal Form keeps getting returned to us with an automatic response saying "Unfortunately, we weren't able to match the Issue ID you provided with any actions related to the publisher ID you provided.". We've searched every possible location in our account for different publisher IDs or app IDs, all of them match what we originally submitted, the issue ID matches the ID sent in the original email, we've tried both our Admob account email and our Google Play Developer email. Every possible help resource we've found has sent us to Admob's support troubleshooting page, which ends up linking us back to the appeal form that refuses to be accepted. If anything, I would appreciate if anyone could give us information about how they successfully submitted this form or if anyone's has dealt with this issue before.
