we still have major issues with Admob, and your last respond was
"With regard to your concern, please do note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. That said, we would recommend raising this to our
Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.

is has been 9 weeks since we created the account and 9 weeks with ad serving limitation.
There is noway to contact your product team and as you said last time someone will contact us, but we havnt heard from anyone yet.This is a big issue for us since we are a start up and our busniss is kinda falling apart since there is 0 communication options with ur product team.
what could we do? just watch out busniss collapse?
