Hi, 

this is the thrid time contacting you , and the 7th time we try to contact your product team. 

we still have major issues with Admob, and your last respond was

"With regard to your concern, please do note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue which is out of scope to our team. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.
For your concern for product support team, let me raise it to the rest of the team to provide proper context on that. Rest assured that one of our team will reach out to you."

is has been 9 weeks since we created the account and 9 weeks with ad serving limitation.

There is noway to contact your product team and as you said last time someone will contact us, but we havnt heard from anyone yet.This is a big issue for us since we are a start up and our busniss is kinda falling apart since there is 0 communication options with ur product team. 

what could we do? just watch out busniss collapse?

Day 54 of waiting to hear if google would treat startups as human-beings. 

It is very frustrating to just sit here and do nothing, see all the protentional we are missing. We dont even know why we are being punished ffs. 

where is the support team? how can we contact them? Can we get an honest answser please?

For me to further assist you, can you please provide the below information:
  • Would you mind recapturing the issue that you are facing?
  • Are you able to receive test ads [Android | iOS] in your app?
  • Can you send us a Charles log that captures all the ad requests you make?
Please also note that limited ad serving applies to AdMob Network only and doesn’t affect third-party mediation, house ads, and direct sold campaigns.

AdMob Mediation [Android | iOS] is a feature that lets you serve ads to your apps from multiple sources.

Hey Again

Thank you for getting back to us. 

  • What happend is, that we opened a google admob account and implemented it in our app without any problems, and on the day we lunched the app update that includes admob, we got this error "Ad serving is limited", we dont know why and we dont know how to fix it. 
  • Yes, we are able to recevice test ads.
  • What kind of logs do you need? everything is working fine in the simulator, its the production ads that gets the "No fill" error.
  • NO, it actually effects third party mediation. we use multiple sources and they get multiple requests but no ads show, in addition we can see it in the ad inspector that they won the bid-war and yet no ads show up.

Hello Karen,

Sorry for the delay here.

I have verified on our end that limited ad serving isn't enforced on your AdMob account anymore.

Are you still experiencing any issue?
