Thank you for the details provided, however, I have to remove your recent post as it contains confidential information.
I tested your Ad Unit ID's using our sample apps with an enabled test device, however, I kept getting Error Code 2 which suggests a network error while Error Code 3 that you encountered could mean that there are just no available ads for your Ad Request.

Thank you but is it normal that I have this bug ? On the dashboard I have >50 requests and 0 impressions, none was filled...I would like to fix this before publishing on playstore.Thank you again
