Massive Admob RPM drop since the 23rd of March

My AdMob RPM has dropped massively on the 23rd of March and has been low ever since. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the exact issue starting on the 23rd of March, basically reduced by about 50%. Furthermore, March was my first month with AdMob and my payable earnings vs estimated earnings ended up being about half which seems like too big a difference, don't know if those things are related or not.
