About Countdown Timer showing and customization

Hello,
I wonder showing a countdown timers in the top right corner during ads are playing is default by AdMob? 

If not, where can I set whether to show it or not? 

Is it possible to customize the countdown timer such as showing text  saying "You can skip this ad after x seconds".

Showing a countdown timer in the top right corner while ads are playing is default by AdMob. The display of countdown timers and customization options for ad experiences typically depends on the specific implementation of the ad units in your app and the ad format you are using.
It is not possible to customize the countdown timer to show any other text, such as "You can skip this ad after x seconds."
