AdMob doesn't charge any fees for mediation, it is a free service to use.

There are lots of reasons why your revenue will fluctuate.

If you have switched your traffic from Admob to MobFox and see a change in revenue then it would seem obvious that the change in ad networks might be the cause. For what it's worth I have never received a decent eCPM from MobFox, but someone must because they are still in business.
