Add parental control when the user interact with the Ad, to accomplish the Apple politic

I disable in my application the kids category, but they will stay considering my app in that category, and they recommend add a parental gate when the user interact with application:

"You have selected the Kids Category for your app, but it includes links out of the app or engages in commerce without first obtaining parental permission. Specifically, your app includes advertisements that, when tapped, take the user to a web page or the App Store.

Please update your app to incorporate a parental gate before the user can leave the app and ensure that the parental gate cannot be disabled. "

How I can do that, if is not integrate, you have planed incorporate this functionallity, since I do a lot of attempts with the event user leave the application, and the event triggered after the user leave the application.

but the trouble is related with the SDK, because don't allow me apply the interaction that I mention, when the user touch  a banner or an interstitial, the event "leave the application" throw out the user from the application at the same time the parental gate appear. I need control the order execution events, first the parental gate, and if the user respond correctly then exit to the announcer web site, else just stay in the application.
