ad direction when using admob mediation with meta

Hi,

I'm using Admob mediation bidding with Meta audience network.

When Meta ads are displayed, the displayed in the right language(RTL) but in wrong direction, LTR instead of RTL.

Google ads are displayed OK.

The configuration both in my facebook app and my device are for RTL language.

Is there any fix for it?

• ad unit ID
• Mobile Ads SDK version
• Meta version

Thank you for providing the requested information.

Upon examining your account using the provided information, it was observed that the segmentation had been set to Israel, which resulted in challenges when attempting to replicate the issue. In instances where Arabic ads are expected to load as right-to-left (RTL), you are encountering difficulties with left-to-right (LTR). Kindly clarify the language in which the ads are being loaded.

It is believed that the issue lies with Meta. As such, it is recommended that you reach out to the Product support team.

Additionally, could you kindly provide video recordings or screenshots of the ads that are displayed in LTR format?

Hi,

Ad format is a banner ad, and Meta controls the pixels that are rendered there. This is something that only Meta can fix.
I would suggest to contact Meta Product support team.
