ANR on ads gms while getting the device volume

Hi, Pls find the traces of the ANR. The numbers seems high and also there are similar other traces of ads libraries AudioManager.getStreamVolume issues. Pls provide the stable library version or any sort of help to fix this is welcome.

Yes, the version 24.0.0 release is a MAJOR version update with several breaking changes. See Migrate to SDK v24 for more information on how to migrate that has changes to optimized initialization and loading.
