If I set up the  APP-ADS.TXT file using this guide: https://www.quora.com/How-do-you-fix-AdMob-app-ads-txt-in-Android-app

 with option 2 using: https://www.app-ads-txt.com/

Google may sometimes place a limit on the number of ads your account can show. This might be a temporary ad serving limit while we get to know you and evaluate your traffic quality, or it might be because we've identified invalid traffic concerns in your account.

You’ll be notified in the Policy center of your account if your ad serving has been limited. You’ll see an ad serving status of "limited ad serving". Kindly share below details via "Reply to author" for further investigation:

Your app hasn’t been reviewed yet. To have it reviewed, you must link your app to a supported app store. You can link a supported store to your app in the All Apps or App settings pages and submit for review. 

Kindly review and fix any app-ads.txt issues, then check the app-ads.txt for updates. We'll verify that the app-ads.txt is found and formatted correctly.

Hi, I've just received an email that my banner ad was approved, but I still dont see the ads showing on the banner, what could be wrong ?


We completed our app review. The following app has been approved, and we’ve lifted the ad serving limits and restrictions put in place during the review.

I ran the Google Sample Project With the app ID and ad unit IDs you have provided and was unable to load ads successfully with error: "Failed to read publisher's account configuration". This error may occur due to UMP and is not a necessary concern unless UMP is being utilized for GDPR compliance purposes. 

Could you kindly verify whether you have enabled the GDPR and IDFA messages in the privacy and messaging section of your AdMob account? If you have not enabled, kindly enable and allow those messages in the privacy and messaging section of your AdMob account.

Hi , I dont have any GDPR or IDFA enabled in my admob account. 

In the settings you say Privacy and messaging I only see boxes to create regulations. And I don't want or need to Gather user consent and provide opt-out decisions for privacy regulations.

So I dont know what setting you are refering to in that panel. And why is this needed for the ads to show on the app.

The issue that I'm having is that ads are not loading. I get in the terminal of my flutter app Error code 3: 
The ad request was successful, but no ad was returned due to lack of ad inventory.

I'm not sure if there is something I can do about this or I just need to wait for google to provide ads for the banner ?
