? We do not have access to account related information. For that you will need to reach out to the Product Support Team. If you are having issues with getting ads. We suggest to try first our Test Ids and Ad Units to see if they work. If so then the SDK is properly setup. As for the PIN issue, for that you will need to contact the
Product Support Team . As they are able to handle that.
