"Your ad Serving is disabled"

Hi Guys,

I have a big problem. My admob account previously crossed the 200 TL limit and my pin was sent to me. I entered a pin and added my bank details and received a confirmation mail. Then my income was adjusted to 168TL. I wanted to use admob in a new app and added ads. But 2 months have passed, the ads are still not displayed. When I log into my account and look, "Your ad serving has been disabled. "The reason for this is that you do not verify your payment address. I verified my account. How can I fix this problem.

Hi Aybars,

Thank you for bringing this question to our attention. First let me say that this forum is for helping people who are having issues getting Admob setup in there app. That being said, it looks like you have everything setup properly. But are having issues with your payment setup. For this we would suggest to look at this document . As well as contacting our Product Support Team . As they are better able to handle this.

Hi,

Firstly I say thank your response. But we have big problem. We dont reach right google supporter because google And Admob doesnt offer any customer support so there is really little or no chance to get this sorted. Please help us and any supporter can our problems. Please help, this problem is bothersome and trustworthy. Also very unprofessional for google please help us in solving our problem or direct it to the right people.

Hi Arzu,

Thank you for bringing this question to us. As stated previously, this forum is for helping people who are having issues with setting up the Admob SDK in there app. With that being said, you have stated that you are not recieving ads and that you also work with Aybar
? We do not have access to account related information. For that you will need to reach out to the Product Support Team. If you are having issues with getting ads. We suggest to try first our Test Ids and Ad Units to see if they work. If so then the SDK is properly setup. As for the PIN issue, for that you will need to contact the Product Support Team . As they are able to handle that.
