Hey everyone!

I have a question, hope you can help me.

Can i use Interstitial ads for both when open app and exit app with an app?

Both technically and policy-wise, you can do it. But just keep in mind user experience. Having an interstitial on app open is a common use case, but placing an interstitial before the user closes the app sounds annoying.
