I cannot contact the email support, it always says " Something went wrong. Please try again."
I've tried multiple browser, clearing the cache, and logging out and back in.
According to my search, I am not the only one who has encountered this problem, thousands of developers have encountered this problem, and this problem has been going on for a long time, I don't know why no one fixed it. We don't have any channels to contact the official support at all, it is worthy of Google.
