Issue with Banner Ad Display in Our App

Dear Google Ad Developers,

We are currently encountering an issue with the display of banner ads in our app. We have noticed the following key points during our investigation:

1. Our app is not consistently displaying ads in all regions.
2. The code appears to be functioning correctly with the test banner Ad Id.
3. We have verified the ad and app ID with a sample project, and the results remain the same (no ad visibility).

Below are our App ID and Ad Unit ID for your reference:

App ID: ca-app-pub-6582339579861701~5421806582
Ad Unit ID: ca-app-pub-6582339579861701/9666257634

Additionally, when running the app, we are encountering the following "error code: Code=1."

Our app is live on store from last 2 months with ad implementation, but no ad visible till now.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you are facing issues with banner ads. We have tested in our sample project and I see that the Ad is loaded successfully. Kindly share a sample project which replicates the issue or the stack tracee information from a device where it's observed in order to actually make any progress in diagnosing this. I would recommend referring to this link for more information on AdMob Error Codes.
